Protein Bars:
2c Arbonne Protein Powder (I do half Choc and half Vanilla)

1 jar of Nut butter fromCostco

About 1/2 - 3/4 c. honey

(I add more honey if not very pliable - or feels too dry)

1/4 c. ish pumpkin seeds

1/8 c. ish unsweetened coconut flakes

And sprinkle a few dairy free chocolate chips

1/4 c. ish puffed rice

(you can swap for some gf oats too -

just watch your dry/wet ratio so they dont crumble after)

Mix and put in a container and cut into bars -

can also be spread out on a cookie sheet if you'd like them thinner.

you can trade out all the ingredients for different flavors!
