Scalp treatment:

I use Arbonne’s essential oils - and yougliving now that arbonne’s are discontinued (they are the cleanest available without toxins from the way they were harvested) shampoo regular, towel dry and take a drop Or two of peppermint, rosemary & tea tree essential oil on your fingers and rub through your scalp. Leave on. Should tingle. Rinse out at the end of your shower. You could also make into a spray by adding some of each, into some water in a small spray bottle and spray your roots and leave in.

Hair Mask as Conditioner:

Towel dry hair, use pea to dime size, depending on hair thickness, work from ends up mid shaft. Leave. Dry and style. Never rinse. Has protein in it to help with porosity and heal splits/dryness - you can use the dry oil as an add in or separate. Use little drops of oil as to not get too much!

Hair mask as Leave in Conditioner:

1 tablespoon hair mask into about 1/2 c water, in spray bottle and shake really well - make thicker or water it down depending how your hair feels. Thicker if it feels dry and needs more moisture and doesn't feel too heavy after you spray it in.

As a hair mask:

Towel dry hair - size of a dime for your whole head, work from ends up.

Do it once a week and sleep in and rinse the next morning if it feels heavy

or leave in if it doesn’t.

You can use hair mask to style for curly hair too! Start with small amount and run through ends - scrunch up to get curls to form. Use more if needed.

Let dry and enjoy!
